Bärbel gelang es in Bled die magische Glocke, die im Wasser vor ihr schwamm,, zu erwischen, doch aus der Cremeschnitte wurde dann nichts, da sie irrtümlich gleich damit läutete:

BÄRBEL: “Luis, what's on your head, is that a turban ?”
LUIS reaches up: “It probably is. But you haven't seen yourself yet, Bärbel, what nice toga are you wearing?”
SWEETY: “I’'ll tell you something, we're here in India and the food tastes delicious !”

Lunch with my daughter in an Indian restaurant.
Lassi - Boisson indienne tipique a base de yogourt ..... pour accompagner les plats piquants ...
Lassi is the most popular drink of the people of Punjab in Pakistan. Lassi is usually made in two ways either sweet or salty, but you can always add flavors to it like mango or Strawberry. I will recommend mango :) On a hot sunny day it is only natural to quench one's thirst with a tall glass of Lassi.
My Kind of Lassi
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of ice cubes
3 to 5 teaspoons of sugar
A pinch of salt
Blend all the ingredients at high speed till frothy.
Makes two to three glasses of Lassi.
For Mango lassi add 1/2 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
For Salty Lassi Do not add sugar :) Just add 1 cup chilled milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 to 1 tsp salt.

Lassi is a yogurt-based drink that originates from the Indian subcontinent. It's typically made sweet, or sometimes even salty with a blend of yogurt, milk, spices, and fruit or some type of flavoring. Here we have the mango lassi.
Take Aim-Selective Indulgence
Haven't indulged in a Mango Lassi in a while. Usually we get free ones at the Taj Palace. Our friend Rashpal who owns the restaurant gets me to take photos and post them on their Facebook page in payment for the Lassis.
These are some tasty mango lassi drinks I prepared to accompany last night's Indian meal. I adore the spices and flavours of Indian cuisine and we are so fortunate to have a wonderful family-run restaurant just down the block that does delicious traditional Indian take-out. With just a short walk we are able to chat and laugh with some of the friendliest people in our neighborhood and bring home an incredibly delicious Indian meal.
I made these sweet lassi drinks using fresh mango, yogurt, freshly crushed cardamom seeds, a pinch of salt, a bit of milk and a dollop of honey and a few ice cubes. Think of it as a mango smoothie from India. Mango lassi is to-die-for delicious!!!
From Wikipedia:
Lassi is a popular and traditional yogurt-based drink of the Indian subcontinent. It is made by blending yogurt with water and Indian spices. Traditional lassi (also known as salted lassi, or, simply lassi) is a savory drink sometimes flavored with ground roasted cumin while sweet lassi on the other hand is blended with sugar or fruits instead of spices.
Mango lassi is most commonly found in India and Pakistan though it is gaining popularity worldwide. It is made from yogurt, water and mango pulp. It may be made with or without additional sugar. It is widely available in UK, Malaysia and Singapore and in many other parts of the world. In various parts of Canada, mango lassi is a cold drink consisting of sweetened kesar mango pulp mixed with yogurt, cream, or ice cream. It is served in a tall glass with a straw, often with ground pistachio nuts sprinkled on top.
