Ducked up the hill to Bowral yesterday as the weather wes perfect.. Had a walk amongst the tulips and a Devonshire Tea at the CWA ..
Well that was yesterday ... came down with a pretty full on headcold last night - it's cold and blowing a gale out there today ...
Manflu is never good at the best of times ;-)
All taken with the Olympus OM-1 and M.Zuiko 40-150/2.8 Pro
Raw developed in DxO PhotoLab 7, colour graded in Nik 7 Color Efex, tweaked in Topaz AI-3 and finished off back in PhotoLab.
All except for 'St George' - that was raw stacked in Luminar Neo from an 8 frame stack, then colour graded in Nik 7 Color Efex etc ..

Woke up feeling worse than yesterday, although mentally I feel much sharper. What a big girl's blouse...HaHa!
For me, it was Christmas in the lakes, the snow was so bad I nearly had to abandoned my car, we walked five miles for a coffee and walked five miles back and I had manflu for weeks. Just don't ask Michele 'oneworldmj' about her winter memories, I know I had easy!!
Winter must be cold for those with no warm memories.

Only 7 hardcore riders turned up for the Rapha Club ride this morning and the rest of you really missed out. It stopped raining at 6 on the dot and within minutes the race capes were undone and flapping in the wind. #ccsydney

Poorly with manflu, every girls dream on this of all days, flicking thru my archives and rediscovered this..a flower with a heart (and bokeh) use only in case of emergencies...

G'day food lovers
I spent today in Sydney for a meeting and the recovery from the ManFlu is getting me down. I had planned to cook dinner but on the flight back I decided I would do takeaway.
I went to Jamison Plaza and got half a chook and a couple of potato scallops. And for bloody Mexicans aka Victorians, these are potato scallops. They are not potato cakes.
I thought I should have something fresh because for lunch I ate party pies which was a bit of a mistake. I had an avocado with tea tonight.
I wish this cough would improve.

Just a cold really, but that didn't rhyme. Frankly, this is best viewed from a distance, but it took hours to get this far.

Dragged myself out bed at 615 am to take some photos of the lunar eclipse. It is so hard to get up and go out into the cold to take pictures especially when you are feeling crap when the manflu has taken full control. So instead i took them from the comfort of my room because it was at least -10 outside and i didn't really want to be out in that cold for over 2 hours..
I am quite pleased with the end result.
