A photo from the last of april here in Sweden. You can see a fire in the background which is an old tradition this night to keep witches away. During this Valborg night witches are said to be traveling to a party with satan. This started in about year 779, well before christianity came here.
I met Malte yesterday. He asked for way into Christiania and I gave him my phone number, so they (he and his mate and Lillan) could speak to somebody and hear about the "what to do's" here...
