Cycads are ancient plants that are often mistaken for plants due to their appearance. The plant in the image is a male Cycad identified by the large cylindrical cone in the center . The cone is the reproductive structure containing pollen. The specific species may be a Cycas circinalis which is known as "Madu Mala" in Sri Lanka. This species is also known as the Cycad Tree and is one of the two Cycas species native to Sri Lanka.

The historic district of Malá Strana (Lesser Town) along the Vltava River. The most prominent landmark in the background is Prague Castle (Pražský hrad), which dominates the skyline with its Gothic spires belonging to St. Vitus Cathedral. The large complex of buildings includes the Old Royal Palace, the green-roofed New Royal Palace, and various monasteries and churches. Below the castle, you can see the picturesque red-roofed houses and baroque buildings of Malá Strana.

Segundo ha sugerido que contemos la historia de las fotos y me ha parecido una buena idea.
Era del 30 de noviembre del 2019 y acababa de recibir mi Tamron 150-600 y todavía no lo había probado. Me llamo mi amigo Jaime diciéndome que se iba a una exhibición de aves y para allá que nos fuimos. De mis primeras fotos con el 150-600 mm que recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera hacer este tipo de fotos o de aviones,

Malas are Buddhist prayer beads for mantra and meditation and the one in this photo was a present from a good friend. It is very pretty and has served as a photo prop many times.:) During this photoshoot I had to defend it against the cats who think that it makes a great toy. The tassel is just too tempting ...
