I served the ravioli with sage butter and parmesan.

A very nice and traditional pastra dish. This time Ravioli filled with pumpkin and on a nice hazelnut butter sauce.

To be honest it is pretty simpel when you have the right mix for the dough and can mak a nice soft pasta.

 

Really like it and especially easy to make with the KitchenAid. Will be making this one a lot for sure. :-)

I LOVE to keep scads of porcini on hand

This dough was really too stiff - our house is incredibly dry. It's no wonder I'm always parched.
