Mailbox discarded on a pile of wood scraps just off of Kentucky 95, Calvert City, Ky. I can recall seeing this box when I was a kid, but I never knew who Ray Foust Sr. was.

I bought a roll of black and white film on a whim and, using my cheap point-and-shoot manual Vivitar camera, fooled around with it.
I saw this line of mailboxes on my drive up, and loved the view from the road. Couldn't decide on the vantage point though...
From the early morning stroll that I took up at the cottage. Ive always loved mail boxes as subjects.
Each image in the lifeline (and in the mailbox) had a unique title. Upon entering the room you were handed a list of numbers and titles, each piece had a number attached to it and the title on the back, but the images in the lifeline were not in the order of the numbers. Depending upon which titles you haphazardly checked, every viewer was subconsciously told a different story.
