Something I've been wanting to do for a while but never got around to it. That thing I wanted to make was a X-Men: Evolution Magneto. I recently came across a small statue of his appearance in Evolution and I knew that this was my chance to make the figure.
This is probable one of my favorite character designs so I'm super happy with how this figure came out, but enough of what I think. Let me know what you think about this. :D
In the days of hand-cranked telephones, a rotating coil of copper wire inside these five "horseshoe" magnets produced a current that signaled the phone company operator that you wanted to make a call.

This crusty old magnet had quite the effect on Mr. Marble (or maybe it had something to do with the catnip I sprinkled around it. ;-)

The children of Magneto because you can't tell me Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch aren't his kids too.
It's been a while, hasn't it. Started back at college. Took this before I left. If any of you were at brickfair then ya'll already saw these.
"Green Animals". This frog was given to me many years ago by a friend. She said it was "Magneto Frog" and the name has stuck: much like Magneto does on my refrigerator. :-) Looking for a better background than the fridge, I tried a variety of metal objects to stick her on. Each of Magneto's legs has a little magnet inside, allowing her to hang on securely. I found a part of a table that's metal and it worked! She really likes hanging around, and she loves being Green.

Magneto and Professor Charles Xavier
To me, my X-Men! I've put together a group of 31 X-Men and related characters. I originally meant to do them as one figure a day for the whole month, but for a few reasons, I decided to compress the list into a half month of pairs. Who else for the first pair but the progenitors of the whole thing? So anyway, hope y'all enjoy another foray into a Marvel group I've never really looked at before.
At first I was sure that my good looks had charmed this lady enough to come up to me, put a sexy hat on my head and proceed to use my body as ajungle gym. Turnks out is all for the Pesos. Sonya captured the best fauxtograph which I will be posting soon as well.
Magneto helps break out Mystique from a Mutant Detention Facility.
