Pneumatic mechanical agitate type flotation machine is a sort of external pneumatic flotation machine, and its main characteristic is that the flotation efficiency should be improved by the vertical and big circulation slurry and the low pressed air pressured by the blower. This is a good picture showing the efficiency of the EdjeTech oil water separator. The contaminated fluid comes into the bag filter on the right. The filtered fluid flows out of the bag filter through the coalescing chamber in the middle. The free oil is shown floating on the surface. The free oil will seep over the trough separating the bag filter and coalescing chamber, then gravity drain out of the system into a holding container. Finally, the clean fluid (left) overflows the pipe back into the coolant reservoir.

Description

Spring Cone crusher is suitable for crushing various kinds of ores and rocks of medium or above medium hardness. Spring Cone crushers have many features like stable structure, high efficiency, easy adjustment, low operating cost and etc. The spring safety system works as an overloading protection system which allows metals to pass through the crushing chamber so as not to damage Spring cone crusher. The safety system adopts dry oil and water as two kinds of sealed formation to make plaster powder and engine oil separated to ensure reliable performance. The crushing chambers are depending upon the feeding size and the fineness of final products. The standard type (PYB) is applied to medium crushing; the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing; and short head type is applied to fine crushing.

Working principle of Cone crusher:

Spring Cone crusher crushes materials through the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on a hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, which is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are drived by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is drived by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces. When the cone leaves, grinded materials are discharged from the discharging hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting the width of discharging hole; consequently the output size is determined.

Description

Floatation machine is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metals, such as fluorite, talc, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum.

Working principal:

The impellers are driven through V belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, the flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. To adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board. Each chute can inhale gas, sink magma, separate. No assisting equipments are required, and it must be levelly installed. It is easy to change the flow chart. The cycling way of magma is very reasonable. It can reduce the impurities to a great extent. There is automatic equipment on the magma surface, easy to adjust. The impeller also owns the upper and lower retroversion blade. The upper one makes the magma cycle upward, while the lower one makes the magma cycle downward.
