On a moderate day hike from the far side of the lake, we decided to turn around when the rain started (well, started again, but this time it was occasionally turning into sleet). This was the view looking up to the Cuernos.
Kind of a subtle image -- would look better on paper.
This is one of the rare instances when I left the studio while there was still light outside.
I caught the evening light hitting the side of the Nashua mill yard buildings as I was leaving, and luckily I had my camera with me.
IJmuiden aan Zee, about 30 km from Amsterdam and most well known for the Hoogovens, the Pieren and the locks of the Noordzeekanaal.
Last morning of camping just happened to wake up with the first light & noticed all the glorious light fog in the air. Ran for the Tripod & must have shot a couple Gig's worth!
Will more than likely process quite a few of these, and create a separate set for em called, "The Fog!"
