An unusual afternoon at Acadia. After the clouds burned off in the early afternoon, a late afternoon fog crept up the valley between Sargent, Penobscot, and Cadillac Mountains. Soon after this photo was taken, the entire mountain top was enveloped in clouds.

now this was really pushing it.

sun has been down for over 30 mins, and thankfully, our water taxi ride was about to end, so we were slowing down. This is the historic Pyrmont Bridge. My folks live 5 mins away from here. If you look at the shot, most of it is blurred already. that's what 1/10 or 1/8 of a sec on a moving boat will do to your shot.
