I had a grandmother or a great-aunt with a needlepoint or picture with these words on it. When I started to process this shot, the little image popped into my head and I knew I had to add these words. I love the shot on it's own too!
While walking at home at night, the dew on this bald cypress tree really caught the light from the street light. So much, that when you walked by the tree, each dew drop glistened.
It was a bit tricky to not get the actual street light in the photo, but to include a good majority of the dew drops. But somewhere off to the right is the actual street light that is back lighting this tree branch.
Often it's so tempting to just get home as fast as possible. But tonight I stopped to snap this pic.
