We have replaced a new set of joint system for Galaxy Commanders. The most obvious are the joint on the neck. Left side are made from the old molds and right side are from the new molds. We found that the old version of joint will deform the neck so we have redo the joint.

The second option we are looking for are these Slide Card Blister packaging. As its benefit of Easy to pack and open. It's pretty common used in toy packaging, usually use a heavy stock card and adhesive tape to secure the packaging.
