Happy MM everyone 😄

because it has the capacity
to see beauty.
And one who keeps the ability
to see beauty
never grows old.

I remember so well that sunny day at a Portuguese beach when my husband found the first of these two beautiful snail homes and gave it to me as a present. I wanted him to have one, too and started strolling up and down the water front - looking for another one that hadn't been broken by the waves. Can you imagine my heartbeat when I really spotted a second one, a little smaller than mine?! :) I will always remember that day by the sea when I look at these little treasures.
A wonderful theme this week. Have a beauty - full day, dear Flickr friends. HMM
MACRO MONDAYS 'Bookmark' theme
My mothers bookmark and her favourite psalm. The bible belonged to my great, great grandfather who was born in 1817 and married in 1842, exactly 100 years before I arrived.
This bell is a replica of a brass bell that was aboard the Titanic during her tragic maiden voyage. HMM everyone!

Happy Macro Monday!
Thanks for all your faves and comments everyone!
I really appreciate them!
Macro Monday's and the theme of "Mesh".
This is the moment of dropping around half a teaspoonful of Flour onto a Sieve. My flash was set behind and just to the right of the subject.
The mesh of the Sieve is plastic and allowed some light to pass through it.
