These are real photos from a single exposure.

The blur effect was achieved thanks to the shallow depth of field, taken against the light of the setting sun against the background of the horizon with clouds.

The key to showing the "decisive moment" is often the ability to set the focus point.

It was our usual walk, for which I took my camera and tripod, in the hope that I would find Sasanki. Unfortunately, this year, in the place where they grew, I did not find them - nothing is lost, maybe tomorrow in another place. My wife and I took a slightly different route than usual, behind the castle towards Zychorzyn i RusinΓ³w. There, a small river BrzuΕ›nia flows out of the forest (the right tributary of the Drzewiczka). There is usually a pool in front of the bridge and a small clearing next to it strewn with yellow spring flowers with butterflies bending over them. We went down there, and there were real wonders, in the comfort and warm spring sun. This is the first photo from here. In this case, focusing is the key to taking full advantage of this lens.

Walking slowly with my wife along the lagoon dirt road, I noticed a mushroom cap sticking out at my foot. It was enough to bend down and without too much framing, I saw such a world from my hand. HDR

Macro landscape . This is one exposition.

Sometimes, even in the most beautiful surroundings and conditions it is the details which call out to us. As the sun was rising, this small scene was enveloped by soft warm light, making it well worth while stopping for a quick shot as I explored the greater landscape of Bamburgh.

"The best camera is the one you with you".

Today I desided to take my iPhone camera out for a test. I saw this interesting reflection and ended up with this shot. Turns out that the iPhone camera is pretty good at macros :)

I often like to find the scene within the scene, and sometimes this can lead to something reminiscent of a very different place. Here, I feel as though we are looking over hilltops towards the sea and rising sun, when in actuality, we are looking over small rocks, gently brushed with the early morning light.

In a slight break from my usual style, I took this shot when I noticed this snail on a rather exposed part of the road. The light was so fantastic that it looked like he was glowing. I think this photo shows it well.

I have tried to use the shallow depth of field created by the close focusing to my advantage here by reflecting a similar pattern in both the bokeh and the snails shell.

As a little macroscape, I'm happy with how it came out.

One of the most accidentally festive looking photos I've taken.

I very nearly dismissed this as a standard bit of fungi, as it was so small but the droplets around it grabbed my attention. I knew that very few mushrooms secrete fluid (a process known as guttation) and that it was pretty synonymous with the more rare wrinkled peach. I'm glad I aimed my macro lens at it because I was pleasantly surprised by the miniature landscape I was presented with.

I also chose the best time to photograph it because the droplets had dried up when I went back the following day. Then a few days after that it had completely disappeared, along with all the other, fully grown. peaches that were on the same log.

When encountering blue sky, open sea, and exquisite shoreline, the first response is usually to attempt to capture all at once. While I do a great deal of that, I do think that some of the best discoveries are found when you look at one tiny detail, even one found under your feet, and see how it becomes a little world of it's own. Here is a small macroscape of the seaweed found on the shore of Beadnell.

In reality, the location of this photoshoot was a flowering weed densely occupied by a swarm of bees at the garage gate. The bees have built a wild nest somewhere in the attic of the house, and here they come to collect nectar on a hot afternoon.

I really like multi-plane compositions - here we have 4 planes which, in my opinion, play with each other, creating a certain idea - a path and a direction.
