Trying out a macro lens on loan, I like the unpredictability of some of the results.

Got a new lens today-not sure if I like it--who needs diamonds, when a girl can get lenses!!

I have no idea what kind of flowers these are, but they are brave little buds (quite litte- probably only half inch max) to survive the freeze and so pretty next to the little burgundy flower-like leaves.
