Most of my photos are taken in and around the city of Molde. Molde is the second largest city in the county of Møre og Romsdal, lies along the shores of the Romsdalsfjord in Western Norway.
The official, and also most common, nickname for Molde is The City of Roses or Rose City.
As you explore the city, you will see why it was given its nickname. In the city center you will find rose gardens, parks, statues, and murals all paying homage to the iconic flower. Even the town hall roof has a rose garden and is accessible to all! Decorative gardening has been popular in Molde for many generations and adds to the city’s beauty and charm.

"The green corridor runs from the seafront at Reknes to the baroque Chateau villa, continuing through the Reknes Park up to the "Pavillion" at the Rekneshaugen viewpoint. The nature trail then passes through the Romsdal Museum and proceeds to the viewpoint Varden (407 m.a.s.) where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the town, the fjord and the Molde panorama."

Most of my flower pictures are captured in and around the city of Molde. The second largest city in the county of Møre og Romsdal. It lies along the shores of the Romsdalsfjord in Western Norway.
This charming city has been nicknamed the “City of Roses” since 1913. It boasts incredibly scenic views and surroundings and is filled with beautiful parks and gardens.
