I love to go out into the garden after a summer shower to take macro photos of raindrops on flowers. This one is a different take on raindrops hanging down from flower petals.
Thanks everyone for your views, comments, awards, invites and faves.

Swallowtails like to gather for sleeping in the immediate vicinity. The more they fight when it comes to the females. Thus, the butterfly on the left was still relatively fresh, while the right already had lost some colors and had injuries to the wings.

Apparently my photos are offensive to the macro photography community because I don't focus stack and I like dreamy shallow depth of field. I use a telephoto macro lens and a full frame sensor - even when stopped down there is still lot of shallow depth of field. I didn't realize my macro photos offend. I'm sorry, but is there some kind of gatekeeper to photos?! I'm so tired of this.

This beautiful one is called Cream Puff.
Wishing you a wonderful new week my friends! :-)

Feliz Miércoles, mis amig@s!
This is a macro photo of a souvenir I bought in Shenandoah National Park in Virginia, USA. This shows a bear looking up towards her cub who is sitting on a branch in a tree. The park is known for its population of black bears.
The background is a T-shirt I bought at a Pink Floyd concert in Washington, DC in '94 or '95. The design is from the cover of their album The Division Bell.
