I bought some tulips yesterday intent on practicing with my new Lensbaby lens.

I love prisms, and keep many hung in my kitchen windows. Sort of a Pollyanna thing.

When I walked in, my granddaughter ( who turns 5 today) in tow, we noticed all the rainbows splashed across the floor, the cupboards, everywhere. "Look, Nana. Rainbows!"

The groceries got dumped on the floor, I pulled out my black photo backdrop, dipped the tulips in some water, and set up this shot with the bunch of tulips bathed in one of the larger rainbows (thus the odd color).

While the ice cream melted, I started shooting with my walk-around lens on macro, moved to my Lensbaby (gave up on that one as I still haven't conquered it), and finally went to my tried and true F/1.8 bokeh lens.

Here is the result straight from my camera. No tweaking.
