Taken for the theme "music" on group "Macro Mondays." I couldn't resist a few guitar shots. Yes, it has been a while since I've practiced with my guitar.

Mite or beetle ? - Looked like a tiny beetle moving slowly on a clay pot but seems to have 8 legs or is it 6 legs and 2 antennae? About 0.61 mm body length. At the moment decided on a mite.

Probably an Oribatid mite (moss or beetle mite)

The hardest part of photographing this grasshopper was finding it in the first place! Very well camouflaged against these leaves.

Weather not so good today but went out after lunch to try my New Panasonic G9 with the Olympus 60mm macro.
