Philadelphia

Moms for Liberty calls for book bans, classroom censorship and bans on teaching about slavery, race, racism and LGBTQ people and history. Despite ties with the most rabid right wing hate groups, Marriott has agreed to host their national gathering in Philadelphia at the end of June.

Activists are calling for Marriott to cancel their contract and tell M4L they are not welcome in this gay and trans city.

If you agree, come out every Friday to express yourself.

Call 215-625-2900 - tell Marriott to stop hosting hate.

Moms for Liberty is a far right hate group coming to Philly and bringing DeSantis and Trump here.

We are having protests and calls for action from now until July 2nd.

This Friday protest took place on June 9 at the Museum of the American Revolution, at 3rd and Chestnut. MAR is hosting the M4L meetings, despite the opposition of many of the museum's workers.

Richard Grace took Hispano HA-1112-M4L “Buchon” G-AWHC up for it’s first post restoration flight on 24th November 2017 at Sywell Aerodrome. The aircraft is the sole remaining two seater produced by Hispano in 1954 and has been restored to flight over the past 18 months by Air Leasing. It is one of the type acquired for use in the Battle of Britain film (1969), some of which was filmed at Sywell. Quite fitting then that it should return to the skies at the same airfield almost 50 years later.

Built by Hispano in Saville as a HA-1112-M4L “Buchon” in 1954 for the Spanish Air Force. Retired in 1965 G-AWHC is the sole surviving two seat variant and was one of 27 purchased at auction from the Spanish Air Force by Spitfire Productions for use in the making of the 1968 movie “The Battle of Britain”. Luftwaffe Ace Adolf Galland flew G-AWHC during the movie. The aircraft was moved to Texas after filming and lay in storage there until 2015 being moved by Air Leasing Ltd to the UK for restoration.
