Well I have seen a big part of the Netherlands today.
And when I was on a beach with my family I saw this M3 half track, standing, so ofcourse I took a pic or two.
With nothing better to do I went to check the weeds on my favourite M3 motorway bridge and blimey all these coaches came past! A nice variety of makes and models in amongst the several thousand anonymous white Tourismos that I chose largely to ignore. And the Levante 3s too.
A morning on the M3 at Fleet today (05/07/2025) watching the comings and goings over a 4-hour period which netted me 212 coach movements. Nothing majorly exciting to lift the mood but a good crop nonetheless. There are an awful lot of white coaches out there!
Seen at Sandtoft, this was the Doncaster Omnibus & Light Railway Society 50th birthday celebration event. Highly likely the first time M3/1175/175 had been out there.

This is my brother's new BMW M3. This was my first time shooting a car with strobes, it was a good experience and I think they turned out okay. They were taken behind the Dominicks near my house. Any comments/critiques are appreciated.

A whopping 250 coach movements in 5 hours (08:00-13:00) kept the camera occupied this morning (Sat 03/05/2025) with the increased traffic on the M3 at Fleet being influenced by cruise ships in Southampton, Army vs Navy rugby at Twickenham, and early May bank holiday weekend coach trips. Being fairly close to Heathrow, Windsor and Stonehenge meant some of that total were the same coaches returning but it was a good haul nonetheless.

I've recently taken a liking to the M3 Lee medium tank, partially due to its asymmetric design, and attempted to build one in LEGO. Unfortunately, the result was a disproportionate fragile mess, but it isn't so bad that I didn't want to post it here.
The 75 mm cannon can move from side to side a little bit, and of course the 37 mm cannon can rotate (but not move up and down) The roof can be removed with a bit of trouble and the interior fits 3 of the original 5 crew (driver, 75 mm gunner, commander). One of the side hatches opens, and the two storage cases on the back open.
Just realized that it's almost a chibi-tank, so I guess it's not all that bad :P
