A reworked stack of data from the first globular cluster photos ive taken. i am much happier with the results compared with the first attempt at stacking
A few months ago I had the opportunity to photograph retired Air Force Lieutenant General Leroy Manor at Lazydays in Seffner, FL.
He shared a few of the amazing tales he has collected in his 93+ years. As a fighter pilot, he flew over the beaches of Normandy on D-Day, and years later was in overall command of the attempt to rescue American POW's in Vietnam known as Operation Ivory Coast. When asked what it was like to meet the President of the United States, he responded "which one?"
My first deep sky objects picture. It was so difficult to focus.

Oi meninas!
Beijos e bom domingo!
This was taken under a dark sky and is one single shot of 30 seconds with ISO 800.
100 light years away from us, 145 light years across - this is simply a massive object in the night sky. Believed to contain several hundred thousand stars.
Binoculars should resolve some detail of this great cluster.
