Après une fermeture pour travaux , il a réouvert en juin 2021 et propose ce qui fait le charme de Paris : la mode, la gastronomie et l’art de vivre.
La découverte des stands est un émerveillement !

On the last day of 2024, I took this picture from our room at the Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, located on the Saiq Plateau of Oman’s Green Mountain. The resort sits about 2,000 meters above sea level, offering incredible views of Wadi Al Ayn, a canyon known for its terraced farms and rugged mountain landscapes. As the sun set, the warm colors filled the sky and lit up the valley below, creating a peaceful and memorable scene. It was the perfect way to end the year and reflect on hopes for a healthy, happy, and peaceful 2025 - Nizwa, Oman

The water is very valuable in Maldives. We drank the water delivered from housekeeping every day importantly.

COMO湖畔風景最吸引人的，還是一些很有歷史價值的花園別墅。這些別墅只有部分對外開放，每座都附帶有精心設計的花園，是典型的義大利式的庭園，出自名設計師之手。植物錯落有致，水池、大理石雕像、柱廊點綴其中。細鵝卵石鋪成的小徑，依山勢而建，台階兩旁裝飾著茂盛的植物，點綴著大理石雕像，和希臘多利克式廊柱的涼亭。

'Obscured'
Glorious Emirates Palace Hotel in the early morning light, obscured by the shadows of the mighty Etihad Towers complex.
I took this shot through the open door of the Bell 412 helicopter. I was using Canon 5Dmk3 and Canon 24-105 f4.0L. Although this is just a kit lens, its range of focal lengths, optical and build quality are superb. This is one excellent, light and inexpensive lens which makes it a perfect tool for aerial photography.

Villa del Balbianello 別墅其實就位於這個倫諾湖畔小鎮旁的半島上，進入別墅需要徒步走一段湖畔公路，而在這個入口處前的高處，就可以用這個視角，俯視LENNO小鎮以及鎮上的輕艇舶口，再往前方的山坡望去，便看見星羅棋布的度假別墅以及飯店民宿，綿延而上，在初春的山色裡，閃爍著低調的奢華光芒...........

I've photographed this hotel from the helicopter a lot of times so it was nice for a change to see it from a 'regular' viewpoint.
It was even better to shoot this amazing hotel resort with a next generation DSLR; the incredible Canon 5Ds and the king of architectural lenses, Canon TS-E 17mm f/4 L

Today may, or may not, be the big highlight of your Las Vegas Trip -- It certainly was enjoyable! Mister Thomas has a big workshop to attend tomorrow at the Fontainebleau Convention Center. While it was no mystery that Thomas Hawk comes here to the Fontainebleau to attend an annual workshop and Meet-Up for professional financial planners, it was a very nice surprise to discover that Tom's always awesomely ambitious youngest daughter is attending the workshop too! 😃 Better watch out Mister Las Vegas -- Tom's daughter has shown herself to be as much a practitioner of the high art & science of 'Living Las Vegas' as yourself!' 😅

The Villa del Balbianello位於科摩湖左岸Lenno鎮一處向湖中央突出的半島尖端上，吸引人之處除了它本身美麗的庭園之外，因為背山環湖的絕妙地勢，隱身在一片森林之中，站在露台，可以將Lake Como的美景盡收眼底。(當然，因為車輛管制的關係，到這裡要用走進去的，鐵腿係數很高!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

碎碎念時間:
最初，Balbianello所在處原為一間天主教修道院遺址，西元1787年樞機主教Angelo Maria Durini於此處建了The Villa del Balbianello。至今在這個 Villa的照片中仍可以看到兩個天主教的鐘塔。
1796年樞機主教過逝後，Giuseppe Arconati Visconti(簡而言之，就是當時的貴族)買下了這間 Villa，賦予它至於為人所知的美麗庭園雛形....(待續)。
