A bird eye view of famous dancing fountains, next to Burj Khalifa, all filled with lights and glamour.
No 'creative' filter or effect applied, this is how the thing really looks. I did torture one version in SnapSeed (see the adjacent previous upload), but realised that the natural look is even more grunge-y than the special effect.
In the heart of central London, between most fashionable shop windows, at eye level (the eyes of millions of tourists) - it could be a piece of modern art.
Alas, it's just a fire hydrant sign - in a pitiful condition. A shame on those responsible for its placement and upkeeping :(
