As well as being a memorial for Billy Bremner the statue at Ellannd road has also become a memorial for all Leeds fans with families placing flowers for their loved ones around the base.
Taken a few hours before Leeds United's return to the Premier League was confirmed and crowds of thousands descended on the area.

For the sake of Leeds United he would break himself in two
His hair is red and fuzzy and his body's black and blue

Note the LUFC (Leeds United Football Club) graffiti on the wall above highlighting the popularity of the local team in this area!!
