Greasers on Hot Rods, Rock and Roll and pastel coloured Cadillacs… District 18 is incredibly close to the Southern United States in the 50s.
But with Speeder Bikes!

Here, the soil festivity is on his long trip, with JJ at the steering wheel. As on longer trips, he could not resist to take a pumpkin with him .... so delicious!

His favorite method not to get spotted is to merge with day thick traffic on the main roads over the border. He is also known for bribing and blackmailing of custom officers. He stores the goods in the body of his ride, which is patched together with parts from different other speeders. Today he carries some ancient Crack and Guns with him.
