This calendar, which benefits the orphans of Loudi (my city in China), is now on sale at http://webel.net/calendar just in time for the holidays!
Back in April, I published a book of my China photography to benefit two charities that help children in China. For all of you that purchased a book, here are two children the money has directly helped through the medical programs of Love Without Boundaries.
The first child (previous shot) is from Anhui province. His name is An and he is 7 months old. The orphanage is preparing his paperwork and the money from the book will allow LWB to move him for surgery.
The remainder of the funds will be applied to help a little one year old girl (pictured here) who is from a rural orphanage in Anhui help get her lip repaired. Her name is Miao.
I wanted everyone to see that their purchase really did go to children who need our help and to know the specific children who are being helped is really nice. Thanks to Patti Kellet and all the folks and Love Without Boundaries. My prayers and best wishes for these two special kids. My thanks to all of you for your patronage of the book and your direct role is helping improve the lives of these great kids.
