Hi there.
In all honesty.. I am a freaken amazing vacume!!! I am powerful, I have a retractable cord (one of those amazing little extra features you didn't know you wanted till you needed it) and I do a dang fine job. I do have a small booboo.. my hose is taped onto my nozzle, but I am good as new with my fancy band aid. It stays in place just fine and I suck great! I come with a removable dust sack, so you don't have to spend any money on filters. The only catch is, I'm missing my wand. I come with some plastic attachments, but it just means that you can't use me on your carpet while standing. My owner swears its' around here somewhere, and you'd be notified if we find it. Otherwise, a trip to the hardware store, a little ingenuity and a $5 pipe, and we should be good to go! My owner wants $20 for me.. it's kinda embarrassing.. I was originally close to $200. Yeesh!!
