Maha Shivaratri is a Hindu festival celebrated annually in honour of the deity Shiva. The festival commemorates the wedding of Shiva and Parvati, and is also regarded to be the occasion that the deity performs his divine dance, called the Tandava.
Lord Shiva holding trident on the right hand represent that Lord Shiva is the destroyer of the ego, lust, anger, anxieties, illusion and the three spears of the trident represent these things. Three blades of trident symbolize Brahma Vishnu and Mahesh as the Trinity.

In this terracotta statute the Hindu God Shiva is depicted as Narataraja or the cosmic dancer. Shiva is posed as to start dancing the Tandavam dance which aims to destroy the exhausted universe and allows for its renewal by the god Brahma. Shiva is standing on the dwarf of ignorance. Shiva Nataraja represents the concept of change or the destruction of a previous order which inevitably precedes any creation.
Phone cams can be great, this was retouched for depth, but the core image of Lord Shiv at this angle takes breadth away!

Bhootnath temple is Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
According to legends Lord Shiva took rest here while he was going to marry his first wife Sati. Unlike the other temple this temple is very quite as not much people visit here. The temple is surrounded by Rajaji National Park on 3 sides.
