Life is on a madman's loop-de-loop lately, which is much better than a loup de garou, since I'm not keen on being eaten by werewolves.
This is not a picture of werewolves, but it is a picture of a loop. Yesterday, it was raining and misting just so--everything sparkled with teeny little orbs and droplets.
Shot on my hike of the Hogback Loop Trail in north Boulder, Colorado. The hill in the foreground is in a cloud shadow.
On Sunday 2/7/2023, 1451s (empty Aurizon grain to Bowmans) is seen entering the Bolivar crossing loop (Adelaide) with CLF6-CLP14 in charge, lead bulldog still with G&W logos.

Clyde built E.M.D. JT26C-2SS, BL31 & Clyde built E.M.D. JT26C-2SS, BL26, combine to lift their train 7737V, up Bell Post Hill off of the Daul Gauge Arrival/Departure Road, and on to the Loop of Anakie Loop as they cross Thompson Rd, North Geelong, after departing the Grain Loop.
SBB Cargo Ae6/6 11485 enters the loop at Yvonand with Regional Freight 61535 conveying vans from Lausanne Triage for delivery to Estavayer-le-Lac.

Sorry, no lens or camera combo could have made this any better. It's typically not even this clear. The Thunderbirds are about 2 to 3 miles away, and the city behind is probably about 8 miles further.

The Citrus Loop, located in the Citrus County Tract of the Withlacoochee state forest is one of the most widely used portions of the Florida National Scenic Trail. It traverses a varied landscape and passes through a myriad of habitat over 43 miles of trails. The loop is one of the rare places containing dry caves in Florida. A highlight of the loop is considered to be Lizzie Hart Sink, where the sandy scrub habitat gives way to rocky, tropical foliage. These pictures were taken in a dry moment on a rainy day while hiking with the Florida Trail Association at their 50th Anniversary Celebration.
