Our Salon will feature all kinds of small events including technical demonstrations, receptions, educational events for all ages, and special Salon talks.
We're excited to complement our popular seminar series with these more diverse and intimate events. It's another way the Salon will extend our activities to make long-term thinking more automatic and common rather than difficult and rare.
In June of 02013, Long Now announced a fundraising campaign with new benefits and recognitions for gifts from $10 to $25,000 that show our appreciation in a distinctive Long Now style. Including a very rare tea that improves with age and our first edition Challenge Coins which are redeemable for a special drink once the Salon is open.
