anche in questo caso (come nel notturno al Limides) ho provato a far "girare" le lancette dell'orologio un pò più velocemente ...

Dolce e chiara è la notte e senza vento,
e queta sovra i tetti e in mezzo agli orti
posa la luna, e di lontan rivela
serena ogni montagna.

version finale :
On July 5th northern and central California were gifted some clouds that spun off a tropical system to the south
Typically the summer months are cloudless and weeks and months pass by with no color ops
Last year I photographed this tree during the best summer sunset and when I saw the cloud deck moving in Thursday, I had a shot in mind that I have been thinking about
This time around I decided to use my 8stop ND filter on my 100-400mm and do a long exposure to soften and blur the color
Last night was my first time shooting long expo fog movement outside San Francisco during afterglow light.
That is Mt. Tamalpias in the distance. Most photographers shoot this phenomenon from that location.
It was a fun experience being alone in the trees with just the sound of some waking GHOW and watching the fog current move into the Bay.
