This is a loading dock for a grocery in SF's Mission District. Maybe it was the combination of ominous clouds in contrast with the building, I don't know, but it finally caught my attention.

Not sure why - but the light, bluish shadows from the wires & railing reminded me of veiny skin, broken up by some sort of nasty suture.

One of the guys who have helped me move from here to there, there, here, there and back and forth and so on... Cool dude.
As I was shooting the loading area on Halleck Street in San Francisco, this guy decided to tell me that I could not take photos even though i was standing on a public street.
After he had threatened me for a while and told me he would kick my ass, break my camera, kill me, etc, a supervisor came out and told him that I could take photos from a public place. The supervisor was actually cool, and knew the rules.
