It's true, I managed to live through the 90s. I like a lot of style elements from that era, and I'm glad to see so many people (both in real life and in Second Life) bringing back some of those looks.

Chief among them, for me, are these JNCO-inspired jeans. If you don't know, JNCOs were these really wide jeans, worn mostly by skaters, punks, and ravers like myself, though I wasn't quite a raver yet in the 90s. That wouldn't happen until 2004. Maybe I'll have to do a Y2K look some time.

I wanted a royal modern Marie-Antoinette feeling to the photo. To get a very ugly pretty look I tried to keep it simple and not go too over the top so I went with big dark eyebrows and a very rough lipliner.

I had glitter all over my hair, face and shoulder area...but, when I processed it to its final form above...the glitter faded out with the exception of some in my hair and a few speckles in my eyebrows, which turned into faint bokeh. Maybe it will show up in another one when I try a different process.

My friends and I have been waiting it seems like forever. We're trying to hit up these events before they fill up. First I want to hit up Sn@tch and get the Pinky Eyelet Tops because they are offered in soo many colors, I can match the top with anything and have the comfortable but sexy feeling. Next, since we have early access to Applique, we're going to head there because I heard that Kosmetik has finally made the lipstick that I've been looking for. Nothing to daring. Nothing too light. The Kosmetik Lipliner.haute is all the perfect shades and I'm in love with them. Then, our next stop is The Avenue to pick up another Kosmetik creation, The Kosmetik Eyebrows.unveil. They are my favorite eyebrows soo far. I love the detail she's put in them so I have to get them. Lastly on our outing, we're stopping at the Kosmetik store itself. I'm in need for some new eyes and I've always been a fan of Kosmetik eyes soo I'm just going to pick up the nice smooth Eyes.mellow and head home. Happy shopping ladies! ☺
