The video screens didn't work on the airplane so the crew rebooted the video server several times, letting us all see the Linux config and IP addresses. Every seat contains a PC with Linux!
Not very secure to broadcast the console on all seats, though!
At least it is not running Windows!

The Austrian "Linux Weeks" (Linuxwochen) consist of a series of free lectures dealing with Linux (of course), but also with free and open source software in general. As there were lectures and workshops in the university I work on May 11 and 12, 2007, we currently display books about Linux, free flow of information and open source tools in the library.

I have an IBM T221 monitor working with Linux. Not working great yet, but what a beautiful monitor. 3840x2400 at 200 dpi is 9 megapixels! At the time of this photo I had only two single link DVI cables driving it, so the refresh is 24 Hz.

After a week of experimentation, this scenario is the only way i could get a spanking brand new HDD to be read by any version of linux.
Any pointers on to what the heck I might have been doing wrong before are appreciated.
I was trying to put two HDD's on the same cable together and know knows what else I was doing wrong.
Now I just gotta figure out how to get the HDD back into the computer case. :(
