Praticamente jĆ” nĆ£o hĆ” quem consegue viver sem ter uma conta email, seja para receber o newsletter daquele site favorito, para criar alguma conta online, ou atĆ© mesmo para executar aquilo que Ć© a tarefa Ć³bvia desta ferramenta importantĆssima, que Ć© comunicar-se com os amigos e familiares no cotidiano.
E o Hotmail (agora Outlook) que um dos serviƧos de email que veem sendo utilizado a anos por uma quantidade enorme de usuĆ”rios, Ć© sem sobra de dĆŗvidas uma das primeiras opƧƵes que Ć© levada em conta na hora de escolher uma ferramenta de email de qualidade.
Mas pelas alteraƧƵes que veem sendo implantadas pela empresa que gerencia este serviƧo de email (a Microsoft), sĆ£o muitas as dĆŗvidas que giram em voltado do continuar ou nĆ£o a usar o Hotmail, ou atĆ© mesmo se este Ć© um boa escolha para ingressar no mundo das ferramentas mais convencionais de comunicaĆ§Ć£o.
E com a mudanƧa da terminaĆ§Ć£o @hotmail.com para Outlook.com por volta de 2012 a 2013, muitas pessoas jĆ” haviam comeƧado a pesar em largar os serviƧos de email da Microsoft, porĆ©m a empresa foi ardilosa e acabou por deixar a mudanƧa da terminaĆ§Ć£o do email como uma decisĆ£o a critĆ©rio do usuĆ”rio, mudando apenas o nome e visual da ferramenta de gerenciamento do email para Outlook.
EntĆ£o, a grande pergunta Ć©, vale a pena usar o Outlook?
Com o passar do tempo os dispositivos moveis e a internet registaram um grande avanƧo no que diz respeito a praticidade, fato que leva algumas pessoas a considerarem esta ferramenta pouco necessƔria, porƩm do outro lado ainda hƔ aqueles que apoiam este software de gerenciamento do email.
EntĆ£o, para podermos ter uma resposta satisfatĆ³ria para esta pergunta Ć© preciso entender como este software que Ć© um dos mais famosos na gestĆ£o de correio eletrĆ“nico funciona.
āEntenda melhor como essa ferramenta funciona, jĆ” a seguirā
O Outlook surpreende jƔ pelo seu visual que lembra muito o design dos softwares da Microsoft Office, atƩ porque o Outlook jƔ veem no kit das ferramentas do Office.
Controle tudo a partir de um sĆ³ lugar
O software da Microsoft conta com uma caixa de entrada que permite com que haja um interatividade com as redes sociais (como o Facebook e Twitter), uma vez que todas as publicaƧƵes que sĆ£o postadas nelas aparecem na caixa de entrada dos emails. O que sem sombra de dĆŗvidas constitui uma forma bem fĆ”cil e prĆ”tica de monitorar a sua atividade online numa Ćŗnica ferramenta.
Sem falar que para alĆ©m de suportar uma conta de email da Microsoft, ainda Ć© possĆvel adicionar ao Outlook outros emails (como Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange, etc.) e conseguir monitorĆ”-los ao mesmo tempo. E outro ponto importante, Ć© o fato desta ferramenta de email oferecer uma organizaĆ§Ć£o inteligente das mensagens na caixa de entrada, onde hĆ” uma divisĆ£o entre emails āprioritĆ”riosā e āoutrosā.
OrganizaĆ§Ć£o de qualidade superior ao antigo Hotmail
Para alĆ©m da divisĆ£o entre emails prioritĆ”rios e os outros, o Outlook tambĆ©m cria uma pasta privada para o usuĆ”rio, onde este pode facilmente visualizar os artigos anexados ou mesmo os do OneDrive, sem se misturar aos textos das mensagens.
O software ainda conta com opƧƵes que permitem integrar outros aplicativos tais como o Linkedln e o Dropbox. E pra fechar com chave de ouro, o Outlook nĆ£o poderia cometer a faltar de nĆ£o contar com as opƧƵes mais vagas como a de recuperar as mensagens eliminadas, tal como as outras ferramentais da concorrĆŖncia o fazem.
DisponĆvel para Android e iOS
Com a grande demanda por praticidade, nĆ£o faria sentido se um software deste porte nĆ£o estivesse disponĆvel para dispositivos moveis. O Outlook mobile Ć© bem leve, o que possibilita uma rodagem suave e sem subcarregar bastante o celular ou tablet.
Mas como na maioria das vezes tudo que Ć© bom tem sempre uma pitadinha do lado ruĆ, a aplicaĆ§Ć£o mobile ainda apresenta alguns probleminhas, pois este nĆ£o Ć© responsivo em telas menores no que diz respeito a exibiĆ§Ć£o do conteĆŗdo dos emails, e como medida para apaziguar essa situaĆ§Ć£o, o software conta com uma barra de rolagem horizontal.
As desvantagens do Outlook
Apesar de ser um meio prĆ”tico e simples, a organizaĆ§Ć£o de emails na caixa de entrada em duas camadas (os āprioritĆ”riosā e āoutrosā) pode em algum momento ser um fator prejudicial a rapidez de navegaĆ§Ć£o, uma vez que nĆ£o Ć© possĆvel ver na mesma pĆ”gina todos os emails, havendo necessidade de trocar a cada instante de aba.
E o segundo problema, e que pelos vistos Ć© o mais preocupante, Ć© o fato da versĆ£o gratuita do software ser bombardeada por anĆŗncios, o que em algum momento contribui negativamente na experiĆŖncia do usuĆ”rio.
EntĆ£o, com estes aspectos sobre o Hotmail, ou melhor, Outlook em mente, vocĆŖ jĆ” pode fazer uma escolha consciente. E lembre-se sempre de adequar a escolha as funƧƵes que vocĆŖ procura em um serviƧo de email.
