I discovered an artwork of Swoon (BEAUTIFUL) sticked on Wall of a warehouse
and I deceided to be back 2 days later for committing a beautiful crime.
The title of this creation is Listen to people.

TO BE PROUD OF BEING BLACK
Rien n'a été fait au hasard.
Ils sont allés vers lui.
Emu, il a choisi cette femme car il était fier de sa couleur de peau : Noir
Fabi a alors déposé l'oeuvre sur les murs en brique de sa maison.
Quelques secondes plus tard une jeune adolescente défile sur la rue abimée de la favela.
Elle leur sourit.
Le partage est immédiat. L'instant magique./
To be proud of Being black
Nothing was left to chance.
They went to him.
Touched, he chose this woman because he was proud of his skin color: Black
Fabi then pasted the artwork on the brick walls of his house.
A few seconds later a young teenager is scrolling across the damaged street of the favela.
She smiled at them.
The sharing is immediate.
Merci Fabi et Eric de continuer à donner une telle résonance à mon oeuvre et d'avoir pu la partager à d'autres.

On s'est décidé avec Nico de faire une petite collaboration à Pantin juste à côté du Batiment des Douanes .
Le dimanche Artof Popof nous a invité à intégrer leur projet (Artof, Da Cruz and Marko Light) avant la destruction du batiment.
Voilà le résultat. Il s'agit d'un mélange entre collage et stencil. Le point de départ est une image de publicité Vilsco ( tissu africain)

Here is the result. It is a mixt of collage and stencil. The starting point is an image of Vilsco (African fabric).

"The Mermaid"
When I was a lad in a fishing town
Me old man said to me:
"You can spend your life, your jolly life
Just sailing on the sea.
You can search the world for pretty girls
Til your eyes are weak and dim,
But don't go searching for a mermaid, son
If you don't know how to swim"
'Cause her hair was green as seaweed
Her skin was blue and pale
Her face it was a work of art,
I loved that girl with all my heart
But I only liked the upper part
I did not like the tail
I signed onto a sailing ship
My very first day at sea
I seen the Mermaid in the waves,
Reaching out to me
"Come live with me in the sea said she,
Down on the ocean floor
And I'll show you a million wonderous things
You've never seen before
So over I jumped and she pulled me down,
Down to her seaweed bed
On a pillow made of a tortoise-shell
She placed beneath my head
She fed me shrimp and caviar
Upon a silver dish
From her head to her waist it was just my taste
But the rest of her was a fish
'Cause ...
But then one day, she swam away
So I sang to the clams and the whales
"Oh, how I miss her seaweed hair
And the silver shine of her scales
But then her sister, she swam by
And set my heart awhirl
Cause her upper part was an ugly fish
But her bottom part was a girl
Yes her hair was green as seaweed
Her skin was blue and pale
Her legs they are a work of art,
I loved that girl with all my heart
And I don't give a damn about the upper part
Cause that's how I get my tail.

On Monday we had a wonderful encounter with Ivon,
a 63 year-old homeless man who has been living in the streets for almost a year now.
He invited us to his "home" where we talked for some time. Ivon had a normal life - work, family, kids, apartment - until last July,
when he decided to drop everything after a very difficult divorce. After a period of nearly despair and sadness, he said that what kept him going was his faith in God.
We explained to Ivon The ArtFabric project, which made him very enthusiastic. We showed him a few art pieces, and Ivon became hypnotized by the piece Revelation.
He said that the woman seemed to be praying, with her hands towards heaven. He instantly connected to my work.
Ivon was very emotional when we told him that the artist was a spiritual person.

dans un pays comme ici
c'est pour cela que j'ai voulu rendre hommage à ta couleur et à ta douleur, à notre souffrance commune en me rendant là bas à NY
T'inquiète pas petit coeur je ne cesserai pas d'en parler
Je leur dirai ce qu'il ne veulent pas reconnaitre
