全民抵制#LightWithin「求助賴jyad77」實戰揭密甜到發膩的虛幻發財夢到頭一場空
1、歹徒會利用FB、IG、YT、Google及簡訊等管道以股市名人、財經專家等人名義投放假投資廣告，或在交友軟體App假交友，宣稱保證獲利、穩賺不賠且利潤豐厚來吸引被害人。
2、當被害者上鉤後，歹徒會介紹其他「客服、老師、助理」同夥加 LINE 聯繫或加入LINE投資群組，並提供假投資網站或App給被害人註冊、下載安裝及操作，此時LINE群組內不斷有其他假學員獲利貼文。
3、自稱「客服、老師、助理」的歹徒會提供 銀行帳號 給被害人入金投資，或以「參與抽股」、「系統中籤」等各種理由要求被害人補足入金。
4、初期帳面顯示獲利（實際是歹徒於後臺控制），引誘您加碼投入大筆資金，有時可出金微薄獲利，但出金款項其實是其他被害人匯款的，可能會導致您銀行帳戶被警示。
5、當被害人要提領獲利時，以各種理由拖延（需繳保證金、IP異常、洗碼量不足等）或是直接凍結帳號、失去聯繫，就是「不出金」。

一、常見投資詐騙手法
高報酬低風險誘惑
宣稱「保證獲利」、「穩賺不賠」、「短期高回報」，例如「每月20%收益」、「翻倍獲利」。實際：合法投資必有風險，超高報酬通常伴隨高風險或根本是騙局。
假冒合法機構或名人
偽裝成知名銀行、券商、基金公司，甚至盜用財經專家或網紅名義推廣假投資。案例：假冒「巴菲特推薦股票」、偽造金融機構官網或APP。
虛擬投資平台（詐騙APP）
誘導下載虛假交易平台，初期讓受害者小額提現獲利，後以大額資金「鎖倉」或直接消失。特徵：平台無法出金、客服失聯、系統維護等藉口拖延。
龐氏騙局（資金盤）
用後期投資者的資金支付前期投資者的收益，營造賺錢假象，最終崩盤跑路。常見話術：「拉人頭分紅」、「層級獎金」、「限量會員」。
假加密貨幣或NFT詐騙
推銷不存在的虛擬貨幣、偽造交易所，或假借「區塊鏈」名義發行空氣幣。手法：操控價格後拋售（拉高出貨）、偽造白皮書、假冒ICO/IEO。
感情詐騙（殺豬盤）
透過交友軟體建立信任後，誘導投資虛假項目，甚至要求借貸或代操盤。
假冒政府或紓困方案
謊稱可代辦「投資補貼」、「特殊管道IPO」等，要求支付手續費或保證金。
二、被詐騙後的處理方式
保留證據
截圖對話紀錄、交易明細、匯款憑證、詐騙平台畫面等。
通報反詐騙專線
台灣可撥打165反詐騙專線，聯繫銀行凍結可疑帳戶。
三、重要原則
天下沒有白吃的午餐：異常高報酬背後往往是陷阱。
資訊透明是關鍵：合法投資必提供公開說明書與風險揭露。
