"Disaster Preparedness Day" special lightup

Oct 21 was Deepavali, the Hindu festival of lights. Little India has been lit up for the occasion for a while. This was taken from a car and is a little fuzzier than I would have liked; but I wanted to show what the peacocks looked like at night.
