This photo was the result of such a group effort, Sonia the location scout, The other photographers Ana and Karim, turned models for the evening, Roberto the special effects, lighting, voodoo dancer trying to make realistic fire with led torches and light modifiers. Any onlookers would surely have thought that he was the some sort shaman performing a ceremonial soul washing as he danced about the floor with his fibre optics. The abandoned train half destroyed and oozing graffiti from every welded joint, was such an amazing subject and the photos just seemed to jump into our minds, everyone began contributing ideas on what would look spooky and fit the eerie mood of the ghost train station. Real trains with real people pass through this station every day and some trains even stop at this station, but no-one ever gets off as there is no way to get to and from this station other than on foot and it’s a long way to the nearest village or other sign of civilization.

Si un lluvioso día de agosto tu sobrina te dice "Tito, cuando me haces fotos con luz?", cógela de la mano y bájala al garaje y a jugar!!! Estas fotos han de ser tratadas como lo que son, entretenimiento, juego y educación con niños. Mi sobri me dijo, "hazme un esqueleto" y eso hice. Firme se mantuvo cada uno de los 3 intentos que nos llevaron a esta foto. Ahora deseo que una noche pueda venir conmigo a algún lugar mágico donde este personaje cobre mucho más sentido.

If your niece tells you "uncle Frodo, when do you lightpaint with me?" on a rainy summer day, hold her hand, take her to the basement and start playing! This photo has to be treated as what it is: a sketch, an entertaiment for children, an educational activity. My niece told me "make me a skeleton" and so I did. She standed still in each of the three attempts we did for getting this shot. I just can't wait the time to take this character to an outside special location where it would have much more sense and it would also be much more powerfull.
