A moment of tranquility in the downstairs study of Narrapumelap, a French Gothic Mansion located outside Wickliffe, in western Victoria (www.narrapumelap.com.au/index.html).
This beautiful mansion, built in 1873, and its spectacular gardens are open to the general public this weekend, and are well worth a visit.
If you do make it, it's worth braving the cramped spiral staircase - and apparently, the bees - to enjoy the view from the uppermost reaches of the Gothic tower.
Step inside an you can feel how fresh this bathroom update is with new white sub-way tiles on the backsplah.

They say that light is the second most important part of a photo. Well, I was on the roof of a parking structure trying to get some shots of handrails and stuff, and the sunlight was ruining what I was attempting. So, I turned around and took a picture of the sun. It's a pretty cool gradient going from super white to a rich blue.
Odd little light fixtures hanging in the local coffee house. Kind of a challenge. Hmmmm how could I make this interesting?
It would be pointless to say that I never post cat photos, except for this once. Right? Even though it is true.
I have no idea what the artist intended, but all i can think of is "what if all of the sperm got there at the same time?".
