We had a blast celebrating our 15th anniversary at WOW! Zone Family Entertainment Center last night - thank you to everyone who joined us! It’s truly been an incredible first 15 years of serving the Mankato community.
In total, more than 120 people stopped by to celebrate the milestone anniversaries of 12 people with disabilities served by Lifeworks as well as honor our employer partners who have been with us for five, 10, and 15 years.
In honor of the upcoming National Disability Employment Awareness Month, each employer partner in attendance was presented with a certificate thanking them for embracing diversity in the workforce and hiring individuals with disabilities.
“At Lifeworks, we strive to serve our community and people with disabilities in unique, resourceful, and creative ways,” said Lifeworks President and CEO Judy M. Lysne. “It is our daily goal to make sure that our clients are as much a part of the community as possible. Everyone here today has contributed to our success over the past 15 years, and we are grateful for your support.”
