Life Slice is a product I quietly market to executives, mainly CEO-types, who contract with me to spend a day or more following and photographing them as they normally go about their business, both professionally and personally.
The intent is to capture and document a day in their lives. Non-disclosures are always part of the package, so I'm unable to disclose the names or companies of the CEOs I've worked with.
Yesterday I decided to do a variation of a Life Slice on Chelsea Abril, a Konawaena High School senior who plays the position of forward on the varsity squad of the school's soccer team, The Wildcats.

This is how my window sill looks almost every night... there is a bright collection of streetlamps that pour light mercilessly through our windows, and my sarong brings it and turns it into a constant sunset.
And on my window sill lie his glasses and cell phone, which will ring at 5:15 every morning so that he can get ready for work and get his day started.
After he kisses me good morning and reminds me what a lucky woman I am, of course.
