Panorama aus drei Aufnahmen im Hochformat von der Aussichtsplattform aus.
Bevor ich das Panorama fotografiert habe, hatte ich etwas mit Einzelbildern experimentiert, hätte aber eine geringere Brennweite benötigt, um den Ausschnitt aus dem Bild zu fotografieren.

Schloss Lichtenstein is located just south of Stuttgart, Germany.
It's also called Fairytale Castle, or Neuschwanstein's Little Brother.
Since it is not as well known as Neuschwanstein it is also not overrun with tourists, which makes it so much more enjoyable to visit!
I apologize for posting almost two identical images, but I could not decide which one I liked better.
The horizontal gives a wider view, but the vertical shows how steep the rock outcropping is on which it is build.

El Castillo de Lichtenstein se encuentra en los Montes Suabos (a 40 km de Stuttgart, aproximadamente), una región en la que abundan construcciones de este tipo. Se construyó sobre los restos de un castillo medieval, entre 1839 y 1842.

the Lichtenstein's Hartebeest has the typical hartebeest profile with the shoulders higher than the hindquarters. The particular shape of this species' horns is also visible.
These particular antelopes are mainly found in Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique.

Das Schloss liegt am Albtrauf der Schwäbischen Alb auf über 800 Metern, an einem kleinen Nebenfluss des Neckars. Schloss Lichtenstein ist das Märchenschloss Württembergs, im Stil des Historismus erbaut. Es erinnert an das Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein, wurde aber früher gebaut.
The castle nestles on the Alb Eaves of the Swabian Alb at 817 metres, on a small tributary of the Neckar. Schloss Lichtenstein is the fairytale castle of Württemberg, built in the style of historicism. It is similar to the fairytale castle Neuschwanstein, but was built earlier.
Lichtenstein castle is a castle near Honau in Schwabian Alb, Baden Württemberg, Germany. The castle is on a cliff. There has been a castle on this land since around 1200. It was destroyed two times. The first time was in the Reichskrieg's War of 1311. The second time was by the city-state of Reutlingen in 1381 The castle was not rebuilt and became a ruin.
Sure It's an older picture but it still looks good :-) It shows the sunny site of the snow. On pictures like that the snow doesn't look as cold as it is.
The lineage of the Knights of Lichtenstein – a respectable and noble family – subsisted until the 17th century. Their ancestral seat Lichtenstein Fortress was situated directly above Honau and the source of the river Echaz, a site which today is called “Old Lichtenstein”.
Nun - hier betrachten wir den "eigentlichen" Point of View für die klassische Schloßaufnahme. Es war an diesem Sonntag erstaunlich wenig los - vielleicht zu heiß... Immerhin ist dann doch ein "Hut" in die Aufnahme gelaufen... Normalerweise stehen vorne am Zaun und in dem rundgemauerten Ausblick die Fotografen wie die Hühner auf der Stange. Aber es kommen auch noch weitere Sonntage...

Lichtenstein is the name of the castle and of the small town further below. The castle is one of the landmarks of the Swabian Alps and I go there quite often when I'm in the area. The building is spectacular and offers a lovely view over the landscape. I usually only go inside when I show the place to someone who hasn't seen it before.
Schloss Lichtenstein in der Schwäbischen Alb. Ein wunderschön verträumtes Märchenschloss in dem doch auch schon tatsächlich Märchenfilme gedreht wurden. Ich mag das.
Ebenfalls als Beifang entstand am 12.05.88 die Aufnahme der 110 042 mit ihrem P 19665 von St. Egidien nach Stolberg bei der Ausfahrt aus Lichtenstein. Auch hier wurde der nachfolgende Nahgüterzug mit einer Glauchauer 50.35 abgewartet.
Yesterday I was on a Photography tour with my friend Andreas. We started our Tour in Reutlingen, made some pictures from the new guildhall. Then we went to the station to make some pictures from the trains. After the station we went to the Castle Lichtenstein, It's one of the prettiest Castles in Baden Würtemberg.
This is a HDR. I stacked a lots of pictures together because It was very dark and I used my flash to lighten up the Castle but this was very spotty.
