Having used both these bodies on my Blythe girls. I love the Obitsu and the only reason I don't keep it on my girl are for 2 minor reasons.
The broadness of the shoulders makes some clothing look loose and I don't like it. I'm picky :P
And the 2nd reason is the chest area and tummy area are a bit floppy when trying to carry around that big Blythe head. I don't know if it's because my DB's hair is heavier than most Blythe, but it's an annoyance to prop her up sometimes.
...are checking out how much snow we had. Not enough and now there's even less. All of this melted over the night. (sigh)
New Licca has light pink hair in a curled ponytail and curling bangs. She's a "designer" Licca, but I don't know which she is. Anyone? I'm so happy to have her though. Licca are the sweetest!
'PLEATS PLEASE Issey Miyake Licca' (Picardie) and one of my Castle Liccas (Rocky) in January when we had first (and short-lived) snow of the season. It was still morning, hence the lighting not being the best!
Picardie's layered outfit is rather unusual but I like it for that very reason. :) Camo leggings, lacey dress AND a girly Barbie parka? Werk it. ;D Her clothes don't look all that different from what I see little girls wear these days.
Rocky casual clothes are a mix of Takara Jenny and stock Licca. Her suede boots are by Passatempo, a beloved Japanese doll shoe maker.

He's director of the orchestra. He lives in France with Licca's older sister Rie. Rie is a flight attendant.
Rie is key person concerning the reunion. However, her father has not appeared in 2nd generation yet.
Licca's dad appeared it's 4th generation.

Some updates on my Licca dollhouse progress. I've been working on the interiors all year. It's little by little shaping up, but still more work to be done for sure too. ;)

Licca doesn't mind it's raining again on Easter just like last year, she's a brave one who isn't afraid to get a little wet, no sir-ee!
The rain has caught her tunic and hair, the bangs are already in a shaggy cut but the water made them spiky, hehe. :) Even standing underneath a tree didn't save us from the raindrops. I should have given her an umbrella!
She's one of my Castle Liccas with a rare blue pupil color and grey eyelashes. Love how the vibrant blue eyes match the jeans!

It feels nice having Licca with me when I go out; I'll probably have one in my bag throughout the summer from now on, to get a whole series of pictures of Liccas doing everyday things.
Of course, taking pictures of dolls in the city with a phone is more inconspicuous than pointing at them with a large camera. I'm still getting used to it. Hardly anyone noticed what I was doing and I looked less like a tourist, which was a bonus. It feels weird looking like a tourist in my own city, I don't know why! When people glance my way I'm always like, no, no, I live here, this is just my hobby! :D

i cut her straight bangs because (i assume) a child had cut uneven side bangs...it was pretty laborious getting the hair into this state, even. i think she's adorable though. and i love the dress made by yuki! thanks yuki, adore.
This year I've dyed my Easter eggs pastel! It was my first time using white eggs instead of the classic brown. The eggs' palette reminds me a little of water colors and children's crayon illustrations, and the eggs themselves have a lovely Spring-fresh look to them now. :o)
I picked a sweet-looking Licca to match the pastel theme. She's Blanche, my 'Nijiro Sumire Licca (1st version)', a Limited Edition of 1000 dolls. The dress is Takara Jenny, leg warmers are Barbie and shoes are Momoko.
