The Frog Level Service Station is closed now, but for many years it was the hub of activity on the "Banks of Ole Plum Creek." On November 18, 2009, The Frog Level Service Station was moved from this location to the Crab Orchard Musem and Pioneer Park about 3-miles away where it will be restored and re-opened to the public as part of the Museum's Exhibits.

Vince, Charlie and I went out to Heathfield and rode the Cuckoo Trail from Heathfield to Hailsham, turned East on to the Pevensey Levels, went down to Pevensey before looping back through Hankham to the bottom of the Cuckoo Trail at Polegate and riding back to Heathfield. Excellent weather and we had a great day. A surveyor’s level is permanently in place and can be moved so they can measure the lean and report back to the minister for levelling up.
