I was about to open a can of Ginger Ale to top up a very small whiskey.....as you do :-)

And, I wondered if there was a shot that would go with a 'Canned Heat' track. Rather than getting my camera I decided to use the iPod 'cos this was to hand. I then played around with the image in Photoshop :-)

I have lots of fave Canned Heat tracks and I eventually decided upon "Let's Work Together" :-)

To influence public policy by making decision-makers aware of the burden of arthritis and the steps which can be taken to ease it

To ensure all people with arthritis and their caregivers are aware of the vast support network available to them.

What an absolute teaching joy, when this young man came into the library today to bring change for those in need in Haiti. The teacher said he wanted to send them food. Every day, this fellow hopes to visit us and share his change.
