Canada | Québec | Saint-Jean-de-L'Île-d'Orléans | L'Île-d'Orléans is a large agricultural island in the St. Lawrence River near Québec City. It has six distinct historic villages. A day spent in this romantic place is nothing short of wonderful. My dearest Edie and I visited here in April 2016. She enjoyed a chocolate cone filled with cherry ice cream, her favorite. Sadly, Edie left us not long after. Here, Edie, this is for you my love.

Il viaggio verso Siem Reap non è certo dei più comodi! Dobbiamo affrontare oltre 80 km di strade sterrate e polverose; al nostro arrivo non è facile riconoscere i bagagli, ormai sono tutti ricoperti da una finissima sabbia rossa!
At the top of intersection of Summit Ave and the top of Ramsey's Street's hill on one fine summer afternoon was a scooter. Just couldn't pass grabbing a photo!

title says it all... that's why there's another shoe photo + one of me with training clothes and messy hair :D
so in love with them.. can't wait for my first run in them tomorrow (my second project besides 365 is a january streak run, therefore I have to run at least one mile per day... and in some days my marathon training will start, so they came at the exact right moment :D)
I want to take a photo with them when the weather is better so be prepared for another shoe photo ;)

BAAM ! After 2 years of work, here is finally the monumental underground headquarters of batman : The Batcave
I realized that there were several possible interpretations to determine Batcave's style. I decided to go for a rather classic version with a cave atmosphere!
The base of the Batcave is on 2 plates of 48x48 but in the end, it is much bigger! It is about 1.70m long and I have added LEDs all over the building.
We obviously find in this Batcave, the great classics of the Batman universe, the Batmobiles (different eras), the Bat-computer, the bat-armory, etc ... and the supervillains of course!
Who says Batman, says dark ! The Let's go exhibition gave me the opportunity to showcase Batman's HQ in a special way. The Batcave was in a dark room with beautiful custom lighting effects and
"Batman" style music. A unique and rare experience with this MOC ... Total immersion !!!

"Warm in winter. Cool in summer." This is a good description from my experience. I was in Britain during a December Arctic blast and it was really, really, REALLY cold. But while we were in Cornwall it was remarkably mild. Hedges still had their leaves, hardy flowers were abloom, and folks were bounding around in shorts and sweaters. The Gulf Stream washes over this southwestern-most tip of Great Britain and keeps things moderate.
