It is exactly what I did. I literally kissed the sun at Dead Valley, CA in 95-104°F (35°C) dry heat for few days. I'm back and I took nearly 1,332 photos. Don't worry! Flickr will only see about five of them. :-))

2015 saw me climb my first "literal" mountain since being blown up in Afghanistan in 2009. Not a big mountain but a huge achievement for me personally. I also traveled the world, from the Arctic to Cuba, Iraq and Afghanistan. More than 20 countries. Not easy but worth it. It is what I was put on this Earth to do. #Letnothingstopyou and never let the bad guys win
