The Ice Castle has been fully deboxed. Elsa is alone on the balcony. View from the outside of the Castle.

Elsa Musical Ice Castle Playset. $49.95, currently sold out online. It plays 40 seconds of ''Let It Go'' and lights up when the large snowflake on the second floor is pressed. When boxed, the upper and lower snowflakes glow in unison, and it only lasts about 15 seconds. There is a switch on the bottom that has Off, Try Me and On positions.

The set includes mini figures of Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff and Sven. The character figures all have movable limbs and can free stand (except for Olaf). Anna and Elsa have cloth skirts and are in their winter versions. Anna's face looks the same as in the Arendelle set, but Elsa's face has been redesigned and looks much better than before. There is also a frozen water fountain. The castle can close up completely, but then the staircase doesn't fit inside.

I got several items in the mail from the Disney Store on November 6, 2014. They are the Elsa Musical Ice Castle Playset, the Rapunzel Animators' Doll Gift Set and the Elsa and Anna Holiday Medium Plush.

If I am to be truthful, it is not failure I fear. If I allowed myself to thrive, to live my dreams without reservation, I fear it would be too much, and certainly more than I am worthy of. I know I am not alone in this. How is it we come to fear that which we were born to be?

China Closet shop. Newly released Disney Parks Snow Queen Elsa Small Figurine. $49.95. She is a two piece figure, with Elsa magnetically attached to the separate snowflake base. Resin and cloth. Felt on the bottom of the base.

I visited Disneyland on Sunday August 2, 2015, during the midday. It was seasonably warm, with a light to moderate crowd. I saw several newly released items that interested me.

First, in the World of Disney, there were the Attractionista dolls. They are posable 12'' dolls by Disney Parks, and cost $29.95 each. There are four of them: Maddie (Mad Tea Party), Gracey (Haunted Mansion), Pearl (Pirates of the Caribbean) and Celeste (Space Mountain). Each of them comes with headgear and a sidekick. I bought one of each, and will post detailed photos of them later.

Next is a new Snow Queen Elsa small figurine by Disney Parks. She is $49.95, and made of resin. Her cape is made of cloth. She is in the arms stretched out Let It Go pose. I saw her in the Emporium and the China Closet. She is about 8'' tall, and is attached to the separate snowflake base by two very strong magnets. Her paint job is very good, as is her likeness to the animated character.

The World of Disney, there were some very nice artwork for sale, by Disney artist Darren Wilson. They were deluxe prints, at $39.95 each. They included Beauty and the Beast, Tinker Bell and Ariel.

At the request of a fellow collector, I photographed both sides of all the picture vinyl discs available at the 20th Century Music Company. They had the Lion King, Aladdin, Cinderella, the Nightmare Before Christmas, Frozen and Beauty and the Beast. They only had one copy of Beauty and the Beast left on the shelves, so I bought it.

The DL60 LE Aurora doll was still for sale, at the World of Disney, and elsewhere. The various pin stores had a replenished supply of DL60 pins, some of which I haven't seen for a few weeks. There were various DL60 merchandise that were new to me, at various locations.

Finally, I took a photo of chilli peppers being grown in the landscaping around the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters attraction.

Ah, my lovely LE Queen Elsa doll. Oh, I'm so happy I got her. I had quite a little trouble getting her from the Disney Store Warehouse, but eventually she found her way home. <3

Yes, you heard right! ;) Elsa now sings not just "Let It Go", but Google Translated version of this song, "Give Up". If you have not watched this viral video by wonderful YouTuber Malinda Kathleen Reese... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? Check it right now, it's so hilarious and inspiring in the same time, you will not regret! ;) Before I watched it, I never thought someone can sing the words "give up" so happily! This is totally mind-blowing in a good way)))

New released Disney Parks Frozen Musical Jewelry Box playing ''Let It Go.'' 20 seconds HD video.

The Disney Parks Frozen Musical Jewelry Box is very pretty, and more ornate than the one by the Disney Store. The top has embossed images of jewels (like an old storybook) and the center image of Anna and Elsa is also raised. It has only pictures of Anna and Elsa, omitting Olaf, and they are redrawn 2D versions of the characters, as opposed to the 3D style of the images on the DS box. It is smaller than the DS box, being 4 x 4 x 3.5 inches versus 5 x 5 x 4 inches. The music is the same (Let It Go) and the figures inside are the same. But the mirror is smaller, and is oval and gold tinted, as opposed to the circular silver mirror of the DS box. It costs $19.95 versus the $18.95 of the DS box.

I visited Disneyland on Sunday, December 14, 2014, and bought a few collectible items. It was very busy today, as might be expected the week before Christmas. There were very long lines at the registers of World of Disney. I got a couple of Precious Moments 14'' dolls, Snow White Peasant and Maleficent ($49.95 each). I got the newly released Disney Parks Frozen Jewelry Box ($19.95). Also two Disneyland Happy Holidays 2014 Present Pins, where a gift has a hinged top that is opened to reveal the presents to Disney characters (LE 2000, $14.95 each). One was Anna and Elsa Present (Gift from Olaf) and the other was Jack and Sally Present (Gift from Zero).

The base and figure assembled, and standing up. The Elsa figure is about 8 inches high and 6 inches wide, with the base 8 inches in diameter. The magnetic closure is very secure. You can can pick up the figure with the base attached, and when you move it around, the base doesn't wiggle at all.

I bought the newly released Disney Parks Small Snow Queen Elsa Figurine from the China Closet shop in Disneyland on Sunday August 2, 2015. I saw her in the Emporium and the China Closet. She costs $49.95, the same price as the other Disney Parks small figurines that have been recently released. She comes in a plain white box, with the base and figure in separate plastic bags and encased in styrofoam.

She and the base are made of resin, and her cape is made of cloth. She is about 8'' tall, and is attached to the separate snowflake base by two very strong magnets. Unfortunately, she cannot free stand when separated from the base, as she has a magnetic post that sticks out underneath, that mates with a magnetic hole in the base. The bottom of the base is lined with felt, and also has six felt feet.

Her paint job is very good, as is her likeness to the animated character. Her arms are out stretched as in the climatic part of her Let It Go scene from the movie. She has glitter on her painted outfit, which does shed a bit. However her organza cape is glitter free. Instead, the cape has embedded silver metallic strands making it glittery. There are small defects on the face of my Elsa figure, and also on her right shoulder. But they are not severe enough to detract from the overall look of the figure, which I like very much.

At half the price of the similarly designed and sized Bradford Exchange Snow Queen Elsa figurine, the Disney Parks version is a much better designed and made figure. I show both of them side by side, so they can be compared.

Okay, so I'm a little late on the whole Elsa/Elphaba crossover bang with both being performed by Idina Menzel. Well, here we go. Here's Elsaba.

This just came to me while running and listening to the Frozen and Wicked soundtracks. I realized I had both the classic Elsa doll and the Wicked Witch doll from Disney's Oz The Great and Powerful, and I decided. . .why not go with it. So this is Disney's Elsa dressed up in the Wicked Witch's black gown, boots, gloves, tights, the whole shebang. And for a little extra detail, I used the box from the LE Sergeant Calhoun doll to give a little feel of the Emerald City of Oz.

Let it go~Let it go~

Elsa, from Disney's runaway hit "Frozen" sings her seasonally appropriate song as part of the "Celebrate the Magic" castle projection show at Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom park during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Given the success of both movie and song, I suspect this will still be part of the show come July...

Video of castle playing 40 seconds of ''Let It Go.'' There is a switch that goes from Try Me to On. Then the singing goes on for much longer (40 seconds rather than 15), and the glowing snowflakes on the first and second floors are independent of each other. The song is one continuous clip, and is a different set of verses than that sung by the Disney Store singing Elsa doll. The singing also has light accompaniment (mostly piano), rather than a capella. I think this version is more moving and dramatic.

The Ice Castle has been fully deboxed, and all the accessories are displayed in and around the Castle. Elsa is on the second level at the top of the stairs, and Anna is at the foot of the stairs.

Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire

i start to look back from the last day in Europe, where i was alone in Prague city, ( my travel buddy left me to her city in Germany ). the feeling lonely or being alone is not as easy as i thought. should i still looking for my freedom? i was questioning ...

"..because I've already gone."

I've let it go, or at least that's what I tell myself. I've jumped.
